Maddi Burke

Ive always been a little lost and a lot clumsy. However, no matter how many times 
I stumble and trip during my journey, I never loose my appreciation for the beauty 
in my surroundings and experiences. Born and raised in the "hella chill" San 
Fransisco bay area, I quickly became obsessed with documenting its wonder. 

Art obsessed, music obsessed, expression of identity obsessed. I'm never too far 
away from creative endeavors. One of those crazy obsessed journeys was taking a
semester to study in London. Its a far jaunt and a world away from the "y'alls"
and Saturday football at my home university, Texas Christian University. But I have
never been more electrified by a city's lifestyle. 

I hope that you can share this journey with me as I try my best to capture moments 
that I wish to retell for lifetimes. I promise I will pick up the camera every once 
and a while between endless meals of fish and chips or Korma Chicken Curry, journeys
crammed in the tube, those nights that swallowed the sunlight and put it in the 
flashy bulbs in Piccadilly Circus, and of course, shopping. 

Sometimes its good when life gets a little crazy.
